Paisaje Lunar is one of Tenerife’s most distinctive erosion landscapes. Pale volcanic deposits have been sculpted into slender towers and ridges that stand out against the surrounding Canarian pine forest.

The formations are best experienced as part of a hike from the Vilaflor highlands, where the route passes through forest before opening onto the unusual eroded terrain.
